  • Strange vibrations or noises during operation
Don't wait until it's too late! Once the points tungsten has chipped or worn off, the wear of the point dramatically accelerates.

 Point and Blade Inspection:

It is very important to visualize and inspect the ripper point for wear on a regular basis. If the points are left for too long without inspection in could wear the shank.
  1. Make sure all safety stands or ram stops are in place prior to crawling under your Agrowplow.
  2. Inspect the point for wear. The underside of the point will start to wear when the tungsten tile has been either damaged or chipped off the face of the point.

Point lifetime depends on: ground soil conditions, soil moisture, ripping speed, and ripping angle.
