Creating your account
If you do not have an Agrowplow Parts Account
- Fill out the Dealer Registration form.
- Our team will verify and approve you as an authorised Agrowplow Dealer
- You will be notified by email of your authorisation with a link to set up your account username and password. Please check your email spam or contact our team if you do not hear back after 2 business days.
If you do already have an Agrowplow Parts Account
Log in using your username and password via the 'My Account' Link. If your account has been authorised as an Agrowplow dealer then you should be able to access dealer only content and wholesale prices.

Managing your account
Once logged in, you will be able to see the My Account menu.
The Account Settings menu will show your current account details and let you update your password. Note that all the other items on this page can only be edited by Davimac Group admin.
The Addresses menu will let you add, edit, and remove shipping addresses. This means you can add different dealership branches, or, if you ship directly to a customer, remove the customer's address from your account.

The cart page
The cart page will show a detailed list of everything you've selected so far. It shows the product preview image, the name and SKU, the RRP and your tier price, the quantity ordered, and the subtotal for that item.
The RRP is only visible on the cart page. The product prices listed elsewhere on the dealer portal are all inclusive of your dealer discount.
The cart page will also let you modify the quantities of the items you've selected and delete line items from the cart. You can also completely empty the cart contents using the button at the bottom of the cart page.
At the bottom is the subtotal, GST, and order total. You can also see your current discount tier, any additional discounts, and add discount codes.
Your dealer discount is automatically applied to all orders. The coupon codes and additional discounts fields are only for extra discounts we might offer above your normal dealer discount price, such as from special offers at field and demo days.
The checkout page
The checkout page shows your order total on the right hand side. As you move through the page options, you'll select a shipping address, shipping options, and a billing addresses.
It is possible for cart contents to be delivered to a different address. For example, you can ship items to a sister dealership or even direct to a customer, and have the billing address be the business' main location.
You can select shipping methods and, if needed, request shipping via your own account. Make sure you add your account details in the order comments so our team can process your order efficiently.
It usually takes about 5 minutes for orders to be received by our admin team. You'll get an email confirmation once your order has been confirmed, and then subsequent email updates when your order has been packed, dispatched, and invoiced.
You can also check the status of your current and past orders, including checking carrier tracking numbers, in the My Account section of the dealer portal. In this section, you can also request returns and re-order products from past orders.
